because in wooden material, there is greatest amount of
methyl alcohol in which H-C bond occurs.. ice cream means
water of one type.. hence the wooden spoon is able to hold
the ice cream without convex shape.. unlikely in
plastic.....

jst because wood is difficult to shape in convex as easier in
plastic.

Just because of the wooden materials there is no flexible
materials.but plastic spoon processing of moulding process
in that what ever shap we required it will done.
