Commonly 4 or 5 nos. appears in the bearing outer cage, The designation is for recognizing the type & size of bearing. e.g, 6305 .
1st two nos. 63 series used for deep groove ball bearing,
last two no. 05 for bearing bore size . But every time we need to multiple the no. by 5. So here in this case bearing size will be 05X5= 25 i,e 25 mm.
If there are any suffix , like RS or 2Z or Z ,etc then it is used for type of sealing used.
RS for rubber seal,
Z for metallic(one side)
2z for both side metallic.

Bearing No. generally of 5 digit(no.), 1st 3 nos(from left ) is called dimension series e,g Bearing No. 6305, No. 63 is dimension series 6 is for deep groove bearing, and if there is one '0' which is width series and 3 is for height series. and as mention in 1st answer the last 2 nos. 05 is your Bore dia by multiplying 5.
The 5 multiplication is for bearing dia 20-494 mm dia. only.
