My husband had to go to Switzerland for work for a week,and also get his H1b Stamping from there. Now the consulate there said it would take 3 weeks to process, do you think it would create a problem. They have also asked for his resume???? PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE suggest....he's not stuck cos cant enter US...shuld he go back to india or stay in switzerland to process it???

Hi I am working with XYZ company and the employer is appilying for H1B visa.I have lost the tax filed returns form ITR form of 2009-2010 assessment year but I ahev the form 16 where the tax payable amount is zero there .I ahve the cheque which I got 160 Rs as the refund amount .Will it be a hurdle for my H1B visa stamping.

Hi all, I attended for an interview on 3rd of Nov. They have asked very few questions abt Current employer , Experience and my previous US Visit. But somehow they were not confident abt US company. They have asked to come again with IT returns ,Unemployement wage report,Employee list of the US company on any working day to the Consulate. My US employer is ready to give those Doc. and they are genuine Documents. Can anybody had same exp. and what was the final outcome? Thanks in advance.

I have done MCA in 2004,has been into IT and ITES for past 3 years.I worked as Team Lead for .net,j2ee programmers.I didnt went in that way,since i was not into programming .net or j2ee.Hence I have done ABAP recently.Iam now looking for ABAP openings.During a process, I came to know about H1B jobs.Some consultancies in hyd,chennai does process h1b.They take fee of more than 1L and they bring the documents that we have been selected to their onsite company in usa.We go to consulate and get stamped.Once we reach usa,they market our resume again to get the right job.Once we get the job,we pay them % monthly.The 1L which we pay initial is refunded.What do you think about this process?Can anyone suggest whether I can go for that or not?Please provide your valuable inputs. I have got the approval on my H1B visa from a US company in 2010, and currently my Indian company is filing L1B petition. I didn't attend the H1B visa until now. What could be the H1B status, even after I receive my L1B visa. Will have H1B petition valid, and so I can go for interview whenever I wish ? Please let me know ASAP.

Hi I have a name in Passport as ABC ,but i got the papers as ABCD though D is my caste name and not mentione d in any certificates. Pls let me know if this shall create a problem and if yes the solution
