Answer / vipu
it means the processor can handle 8 bit of data at a
time. That is if 16 bits of data needs to be processed then
it can done after breaking it to 8 bits. first 8 bits wel
b processed and then remeining 8 bits wil b processed.

Answer / vinit92
it means that the processor has an 8 bit data bus . so it
can transmit or receive 8 bit data at a time . when this
data bits will be increases then speed of the processor will
be increases . e.g. 8,16,32,64,128,256 etc..........

Answer / ritika malhotra
above ans. is partially right bt partially
wrong...........8 bit processor means it has 8 bit data
bus...bt if the bits of data exceeds,it's speed won't get
slow instead,it'll take data after breaking it in grps of 8-
8 bits.....

Ritika mam.......if processor will divide data into two parts than
definately it would have time....to make it.. .but if data bus and address bus is larger than it doesnt need to divide in two or more parts so it has not any extra time to do this so time will be reduced andd meanig of time reduced...so speed would be definately increased....i think u havent got any concept about arm processor so first know about it thane tell me i m wrong or right....maidammmmm
