hi, i am having dependent visa of h4 and i want h1b visa for working in U.S.A., please help me what type of questions they will ask for B.sc., computer science having no jo experience.
What questions are being asked for H1B stamping at Hyderabad. I am in US currently and planning to get stamping done in Hyderabad when I visit India.

Hi, I have just 1 year 10 months of exp. in Software field as developer and on Nov 5th my case status changed to "Approval notice sent". Now, I have 3 doubts. Please clarify. 1. When can i schedule for H1 interview ? 2. Is there any condition that I have to attend interview with in 1 month? 3. As i have 1yr 10months Exp., wat are my chances of getting H1B stamped ? I have got the approval on my H1B visa from a US company in 2010, and currently my Indian company is filing L1B petition. I didn't attend the H1B visa until now. What could be the H1B status, even after I receive my L1B visa. Will have H1B petition valid, and so I can go for interview whenever I wish ? Please let me know ASAP.
I applied for F1 visa for MS in 2006, but my visa got rejected under 214 b for 6 times due to too many backlogs in Eng and insufficient funds at US Embassy Chennai India. For 1st attempt,I missed the communication.I could not explained the reason for backlogs properly. For next 3 attempts, they rejected based on my backlogs. Because they didn’t asked about my bank statement, CA etc. For last two attempts I convinced with my backlogs as I got good scores in GRE and TOEFL. But they asked about my Loan, Bank statement etc and they are not satisfied with documents. Now I applied for H1B visa for 2010 quota and got approval from USCIS. I am going to attending interview at Mumbai on Dec 02nd 2010. What should I say, If Visa Officer ask about my past refusals?

My company processed the H1B visa for. Propably I will get the interview date by next month. I have 20 days overlap in one of my previous experience. i.e. Company A Service certificate shows 4 Jan 2005 to 25 Jun 2006, Company B shows 5 Jun 2006 to 16 Apr 2008. Whether it will leads to any rejection on my H1B? Please clarify. Thanks Suresh
