How long does it takes to get the approval notice from the USCIS cousulate for H1-B filled application. If i am not wrong its 12 weeks. can anyone confirm on this?. Thanks
Hi, I have got approval notice for 2009 H1b. I haven't appeared yet for Visa interview. 1) has anyone appeared for current year and 2 ) hows response of Consulate 3 ) any opinion when should go to US and Visa Interview.
I applied for my H1B this year .At the time of filing the application I mentioned London as the preferred location for the interview.However, I might be shifting back to India pretty soon and I may not be in UK at the time of stamping. Will that be a problem ? Will I be able to attend the interview in India. Is there any thing that I need to do do shift the interview to some other location. Please help me with this. how can a fresh graduate obtain an h1b visa?
Hi I am working with XYZ company and the employer is appilying for H1B visa.I have lost the tax filed returns form ITR form of 2009-2010 assessment year but I ahev the form 16 where the tax payable amount is zero there .I ahve the cheque which I got 160 Rs as the refund amount .Will it be a hurdle for my H1B visa stamping.

I joined this company with the help of 2years of fake experience certificate.Now,My Present company recommend my name for H1 visa.As per my knowledge they will ask all my previous experience details at the time of visa application. Hi ,while checking my H1 B status online it is showing that case recieved status pending.why is it so.any problem or will it take some time?.
I have completed my B.E. in Information technology this year.. I m trying for H1B .. i want to know is it difficult for freshers to get H1B ?how many years relevant experience is necessary ? If i go to US on dependent visa , can i then try for H1B ?
