the boiler with 8 bar consumes more fuel,because the fuel
consumtion increases with the amount of pressure required.

As the pressure increase the boiling temp of water is also increased (say 100+x degree).So to boil the same water more amount of fuel have to provided.
So 8 bar pressured boiler will demand much fuel than the 5 bar boiler.
