two boilers producing 10 ton/h steam one has 8 bar and second
on 5 bar which will consume more fuel? and why?

As the pressure increase the boiling temp of water is also increased (say 100+x degree).So to boil the same water more amount of fuel have to provided.
So 8 bar pressured boiler will demand much fuel than the 5 bar boiler.
