FULL ARC: means governor v/v are fully opened and steam flow
is being controlled by main stop valve(MSV).

PARTIAL ARC: means main stop valve (MSV)is fully opened and
the governor v/v are controlled the steam flow.

Why the rear tyre of a tractor is having a larger diameter than the front ??? ASAP...
