I am flo from france and I am currently studying in London.
I have the opportunity of taking a design course over the
summer at an american university so I need a visa F1. The
university pays their student to study for the summer as
they are doing a project in partnership with companies. Am I
able to be paid by the uni with a VISA F1?
Also, can I apply for a visa in London instead of going back
to France for the embassy appointment?

I completed MY BSC IN 1994 THAN I completed MLT IN 1995 SINCE THAN I RUN MY OWN LAB NOW I WANT TO EXPAND MY LAB SO I APPLY FOR MBA IN healthcare management in usa so study gap will effect on my visa conformation or what i said if vo ask me about study gap
i have 3 yrs gap since i completed btech education and now iam applying for ms degree and achieved i20.if i show 3 yrs of fake work experience .will there be any problem ? i also want to know will there be any chance for asking bank statement of company to which i worked??

Me: 3months exp & I underwent a leg surgery ( Actually I am 2007 passed out student & I underwent leg surgery for 2times, which is very rare condition & I had 3month work exp also. But in DS 160 form I didnt mention about exp. I dont want to tell lie to them so I told about 3months work exp & later I told about leg surgery. But she didnt listen to my surgery. hello me shavi..today was my interview regarding f1 visa for MS in IT....BUT i got rejection..The VO asked me..how many university have u applied to?? i said one that is concordia university wisconsin..den she said why u have not applied more than one univ.i replied...i attended a seminar that was organized by concordia univ in our city..where i submited all my documents,den they approved my addmisson nd gave me conformation letter,,,so den i didnot feel any need to apply for another univ....then VO asked......a long lec..nd in the end she said...u r not a serious student.....now tell me wt shud i do..if i apply again for interview nd wannna to apply in more than 2 univ..den wt costs i have to bear......i also have not given any TOEFL nd IELTS coz dese r not required for concordia univ...suggest me wt to do now if i apply again for interview...
hi frnds .my visa got rejected on june 15th.i think it might b due to my less gre score.i scored 810 in gre n 88 in toefl.vo askd me these ques..1.y this university? 2.wht specialization u want to do in ur field? 3.whts ur aggregate in ur graduation? 4.how many backlogs? 5.whts ur gre? i answered all well but she told tht u r not qalified.i didnt askd the reason.again i am applying on july 8th.wht reason i shud give if they ask y u got rejected for the first time and wht reason i shud give for my less gre score.i heard tht many persons got visa who r much less than me in gre score.my aggregate is 62% n only 2 backlogs in graduation tht too cleared in first atempt.plz help me out...
i have got a admission for master course in dental tech in newyork..they r not able to issue me i20 which is required for the f1visa.is ther any other way that i can get f1visa or any option left/.and my clases starts from sep2008

Why is the particular univ u choose
helo, I do not have a toefl scorecard. I reapplied for another but didnt recieve after that also. Does it cause a problem during my visa interview. Even if the VO doesnt ask for it, is it checked initially at the entrance gates.
