sir iam ram recently i attended to f1 visa interview.I have 8 backlogs.all are cleared same year.in interview The interviewer do you have now any backlogs.in tention i said yes mam i have.Actually i did not have any bacjlogs all are finished.So i want go again.am i get visa?.please tell me how can i convince them.

Hello there, I am an international student. I used to study english in the USA but for some bad issue I had to back to my country. The problem is that I didn't go to my classes for almost month and I didn't pay the rent for 5 months. Now I got admitted to University of Oregon and I am planning to issue a new visa. I have my Visa Interview on June5th... My dad is retired... My I20 amount is $20,000 and I am showing the assets as $66000 and $30000 Land. Will that be enough as my dad is retired?? What should be my answer if the VO asks Ur dad is retired then what will be his source of income?

i have applied for the f1 visa i have only bank loan as a proof of funds can i get a visa or if not what are the supporting documents i can show? and also my interview date is on 30 nov 2007 can i postpone this to later date in december? i have paid visa fees and sevis fees is there any other fees?
