Does all the output contacts (N/O as well as N/C) of a Numerical relay operate

Does all the output contacts (N/O as well as N/C) of a
Numerical relay operate when relay receives a binary
input/inputs or contacts are designated to specific logic
input/inputs and only these contacts operate?
