B owns = 100 % - 40%-50% = 10%
so 10% of 15000 * 0.40 =60000

let assume total no of shares = x
A owns : 0.4x
B owns : 15000
C owns : 1.25(o.4x)
so,
x=o.4x+15000+1.25(0.4x)
if we solve then
X=150000
A owns : 0.4*150000= 60000

that means c have 50% share in company
