hello, i ent for an interview last week here in the Gambia, i got a good results and a strong bank statement and yet i was rejected. Cansular said i don have strong ties and that if i go to the U.S i would not come back. now my question is: what can i show or say to them in order to overcome my rufusal under ties.

my name is imran i am stdent from india i have applied for ms in technology and got i 20 from 3 university \but there problem in visa interview i have FD of 13 lakhs indian ruppee bank saving of 4 lakh in my account and 4 lakhs in my bro and my another account and fixed assets of worth 30 lakh indian rupee but i got rejected in first interview ..bcoz i can hear what visa officer saying properly bcoz of glass in between and bcoz of this i were not answerd properly i dont know why she rejected my visa applincation when i took date second time that time i made mistake trhat i took date ion emergency services and emergency application is not valid for 2nd time now i am going to takre date third time i want ur hellp what shuld ido so that i will get visa easily ...i am very afraid my college is start from 15 jan ...i have applied for 1 week extention plz help me plz help me is there any way to get visa plz do reply on my email if u (aimranms@gmail.com)
I have done my MBA (finance and marketing) in 2004 and have worked for 5 years. Now I want to apply for MBA program in USA.Please let me know if Visa officer at consultate puts me a question, why do you want to go for MBA again ? ( Having MBA in 2004 and 5 years experience)..Please suggest me with suitable answer.. I got less in GRE 810 and ielts 5.5.My accademics are 60.23 with one backlog inter 72.8 ssc 69.5.So what reason should i give for my low gre .Actually i wrote gre exam after my engineering i am 2007 pass out.My english score in s.s.c. is 70 and in inter i got 57 and 64 in english first year and second year and my maths in s.s.c is 75 and in inter i got more than 138.What suitable reason i give if the visa officer ask for low GRE.?

I got the visa based on my admission in a university in Texas. That means that it is mentioned in my passport (visa page). Can i get entry into US from any other state other than Texas.i intend to go to my sis's place from where i will go to my university. My travel agent told i will not be allowed. i am a student from nepal applying for f-1 student visa to study in usa. i have sufficent funds for study purpose with my maternal uncle being a sponsor from US. i have some ties to the country like, property, assets, and i am the only son. but there is only one problem i have score 62.13% in SLC but in 10+2 it is only 52.60% and IELTS score of 6.0. that means i am not a serious student, can this problem cause for the denial of visa, please answer it, if no then please suggest me what to do? or please provide me a reason for " why low marks "

I am a Computer science and Engineering undergraduate.I have 3.6 yrs of working experience in one of the IT company in India.I lost my parents.I would like to pursue MBA in USA.My brother-in-law will sponsor for my higher studies.Will this affect getting F1 visa?Please guide me.
