i am doing my graduation from delhi university and failed in second year once.now is third year i wrote gmat got 700 and toefl 97.getting failed in your graduation is big black mark for us student visa?what problem can be there?i am completely broken thinking about this last step. please help.

i have done BCA .and i am going to pursue MBA from national university sandeigo ca. 1-- how can i justify why i am doing mba not other IT related courses .( why MBA) 2-- why i chosse national university.

some of the univesity does not ask any scores like gre,toefl then what can i do can i apply for that.or it is risky for me in the interview.because am not going to waste my time for gre,and toefl.plzzz tell me abot this.

I have done my bachelor of pharmacy, secured an aggregate of 72%.my GRE score is 1190,TOEFL score is 87. no backlogs.i have got good interest for higher education and research. got admission into masters and recieved I20 from long island university, brooklyn campus.Going to face the visa interview within a week, are my scores considered low? what are my chances of rejection? what do i say why didnt you prefer India to study?pls let me know. Last time On 21st July i was rejected bcz of this Q : Why do u Want to go For again bech.....In Real I have completed Bca and I applied For Computer science as a Transfer Student bcz i applied b4 my ty completion and i done WES report of bca fy n sy..so i got merit credit n 3000$ scholarship from SEMO university which is listed in my I20..My consultant suggest me for CS course..bcz i have not given Gmat or gre...I got 5.5 BANDS in IELTS....so wat i have to tell to officer if again Q will arise...How can i convince them?

I have got rejected my visa after issuing it the next day.bcoz they found my toefl test as fake.they took my toefl test score card and made me to write a letter of agreeing this misrepresentation of document.they have returned my passport by putting a cancelled stamp on issued visa stamp.can i have any chances to get visa again with genuine test score card.

Hello, I request you guys to help me I am in need. Here is my situation: I got denial on Jan 15-2010. University where I applied: California international University (small university,course was international business studies) Sponsors: Were in USA(my sister) Family Situation: Father in Govt service Mother LIC Agent A Younger Brother(who is well settled) According to me I got denial cause I have sponsor over there. Now please suggest me what changes I should bring So that I ll get VISA. I have thought of few : Like in DS 156 not to mention about my younger brother so that it will be like "I am the only son & I have the responsibility to take-care of my parents"(though I know that they have my past records). Secondly: This time sponsor ship will come from my side (I ll manage that). If you guys have another inputs then please temme ASAP. Thanks in advance.
