Hi i was rejected for F-1 visa at Chennai consulate on 9th of July 2008, i hope, i was rejected in the case of my backlogs, they are 13, and now am planning to take the visa interview again, so what would be my answer if they ask me " why u have been rejected for the first time "? and " Why these many backlogs" ? I have finished with my TOEFL(106) & GRE(1120) exams in 2008. my toefl score is expired. i just gave my toefl exam without any preparation..that's why i dont think that i will get good score this time. i just want to know is that if i will low score(sure that i will score in between 80-90 then TOEFL ibt going to cross check my score or not..

hello i am nandu... my acadamic % is 61.09 n GRE - 910 , toefel -63 i hav applied for visa in july n got rejected .. n then again i applied in august n got rejected again... n da reason was "not going 2 return bak 2 india" ... for the two times i hav booked da slot through EMERGENCY slots... so now there is no chance for me to buk da slot in emergency... so for the 3rd time can i book the slot through normal slot?? if yes,i hav tried booking the slot through normal but its showing an error message stating dat "interview appointments are not currently available.. please check bak in 24hours.f u hav an urgent need to travel,please consult emergency appointment on this site.." so can any plzz give me a suggestion that how can i book my slot for the 3rd time in normal slots...

hello everybody, I was rejected for the visa twice last for fall-07 intake. According to me the reason for the rejection may be my application for the visitor visa ten years before. And moreover i am patel. so does it make any impact. Now i am trying for spring 09 intake for the most reputed university, so this time how r the chances of my visa. plz give the suggestion. thanks

Hi, i have done a post graduate course i.e MCA and applying for MS in information system at universities in USA. As i have done masters some univ waive my GRE, even though i have given GRE for which my score was low 630. My TOEFL score is 86.I have 2nd class in graduation and 2nd class in MCA.I have received I-20 from 1 univ, will the GRE score bother me at the time of visa interview?And which Questions would i prepare for before going to the interview? nd Why ur going to masters again? ineed answer for these questions plz?
