Sundry debtor is current asset of the company & Sundry
creditor is the current liability of the company. When the
Goods are sold on the credit basis, the party to whom the
sales are made they are treated as sundry debtors. And when
we purchased the goods from the Supplier on credit basis
then the supplier will become Sundry creditor.
Ex: A sold goods to B on credit basis. Here in this
transaction " A "becomes sundry Creditor to " B ",
and "B "becomes sundry debtor to "A".
