i hav cleard the written examination of ASI(CISF)
can anyone tell me how tuff is the PET n do i jst have to
clear it irrespective of ma position in d race or high or
long jump?

firstly congrats dear for qualifying exam.half d battle u
won but next step is ur pet.do not worry to much practice
makes a man perfect.(1)1600 mtr in 6.5 min so run as fast u
can, do not think make earlier to run slow or fast make
constant speed and must compete with ur counterpart.(2)100
mtr in 16 sec (3)long jump, try to clear in first
chance,its too easy (4)high jump is the tough among all
pet ,do nt get discouraged and run fast and jump properly
(5)last one shot put is very easy only 4.5 mtr too easy .so
u mostly u give attention to 1600 mtr race this is gateway
for next step.ur shoe must be light not heavy one,wear ligt
dress do nt run in tracksuit.run in shorts.before running u
must take some glucose for power or lighter food.in last
all the best for ur next war.
