By giving the severity to the test cases we can derive the
test cases fastly and also using the RTM matrix we can able
to execute the more number of testcases with respect to the
severity ot the testcases

When such a situation arise, first u need to discuss with
the client n inform him abt the rsik involved in it.
Inspite of that if the client is not ok,you need to
prioritize the test cases based on the severity of the test
case or the impact of the test case if it fail.

Simply prioritize test cases, assign each test case a number
derived from priority of test cases & Severity if it fails.
Select all high priority test cases and medium priority test
cases execute them. This is a risk based approach and if
possible inform the stake holders about this situation.
Or Increase Resources (Which is not going to happen in any
case) or work for more than 16 hours for 3 days.

I think I am not sure about this, it's just like a
suggestion only:
I think out 1500 cases, minimum 500 cases related to UI
part. so it is not difficult to execute 500 cases in a
single day with all 5 resources(5/6 hours time). You have 2
days 2 hours time, plan it and execute it (may it requires
extra time also). you will reach your timelines
