I have already 5yrs B1/b2 visa. I have visited US in Aug10. now i want to travel with my family (wife & 4months old daughter) ? What are the chances for them ? what documents should i submit for them ?

I am now 23 years old and currently working as a Software Engineer in TCS,India. My current salary is over Rupees 4 Lakhs per annum(INR). My father who is LPR in United States has filed an I-130 petition for me in june 2003 in F2A category. Since my father is still not an US citizen(as he travels frequently to US), NVC shifted me in F2B category as per CSPA rules. After this, it seems that the case will still take 2 more years. I want to visit my sisters in US(they are US citizens). Should i applied for A US Business visa? I was rejected a business visa once in 2001. Hi, I had submitted applications to sponsor visitor Visa for my parents. During the application process, I had selected Hyderabad as the consulate. I want to schedule an interview in kannada and since my parents are residents of Karnataka, I am being asked to take up an interview at Chennai. Since my application confirmation lists Hyderabad as the selected consulate, Will there be a problem if the interview is taken in Chennai. Please advice. Thank you
H there, I hasd travelled to US once on 1 year multiple entry B1/B2 visa for 18 days(i was back to india in time). Recently i applied for Visa renewal but the same was refused. Please advice if I stand any chance for getting a visa on reapplying???

im recently married. my husband had 2 years of h1 visa and he worked there 1 year back he is back in india his visa got expired this november. now we are trying for a visitors visa showing that my husband is working in india since 1 year..... im a house wife.... what type of questions would i face in the interview.

A week back I had applied for B2 visa, as my husband is there in US for a short business trip on B1 visa. But they rejected my visa on clause 214(b). Am thinking of applying again after a week more(After a gap of 15 days). But wondering how probable are my chances of getting the visa this time? Shud I wait for some more time? Wot shud I reply to him abt- Why were u rejected visa initially? Need help nd guidance on this. Its urgent.
