My mother went for the interview for a B2 visa, all the
documents were comepleted and i know B2 visas hardly gets
rejected if the documents are complete. She was rejected a
visa basis her salary which is pretty low as compared to
her experience. She earns about 17 K in a month on papers.
The consular said that her 15 year work ex with same
company and less salary makes her not fit for a B2 visa. Is
this a rule, if not, where can we file a grievance.

my husband has B1 visa,he has gone US for 3 months ,i want to visit him for 1 month so applying for B1,B2 visa ,i am woking here and got 1 month leave ,we have his return ticket also ,how much chances is there to get visa
I (Me & my wife)applied for tourist visa on 19/5/2014( B2 Visa ) i booked a tour from thomas cook and i got rejection from US embassy counsulate and i want to ask my relatives ( cousine brother) are in usa. In2009 they send us the sponsorship at time we face rejection but this we apply from thomas cook tour i wanna to that how to convince counslate that we are not going to our relatives we are simply going on a tour and when i have to re apply again 3 months or 6 months? hi sir i had apply b1 b2 visa. i done my interview about seven month later.in interview she told me that your visa has undergo in admistrative process.i visit almost ten country and also two shengen visa.but seven month later my passport has return without any stamping of visa,how can i got my visa in future and why he denied my visa.
