my student visa was rejected in november and now i am going to apply in feb 2010 for visit visa for my uncle's wedding in april and i will be staying there for a week. is there any chance that i am gonna get visa this time i will be starting my MBA in march and i am working in resturant as a resturant manager. And how much bank balance do i have to show to get b2 visa?

hi.. Am Deepthi and am 23 yrs old.I finished my graduation just 3 months back. I got my admission in a Business school.I have two months break before my school starts. So i want to go to USA with tourist B2 visa and spend these two months with my brother who is working in USA. I already applied for tourist a visa just a week back and i got rejected. So my question is can i try for visa again in a week?.. How can i convince the visa officer that I'll surely come back. Becoz frankly i will surely come back as i should join my school after two months. Am going to show my MBA admission letter as my ties to INDIA. Please advice me about what should i say when they ask me "WHY DO YOU WANT TO GO TO USA?".. Last time they asked me the same question. I said i want to meet my brother who is staying in US and so am going there... but i guess the officer was not convinced with my answer.. So can u please tell me what is a more better answer to this question to convince the visa officer. Please help me..

I (Me & my wife)applied for tourist visa on 19/5/2014( B2 Visa ) i booked a tour from thomas cook and i got rejection from US embassy counsulate and i want to ask my relatives ( cousine brother) are in usa. In2009 they send us the sponsorship at time we face rejection but this we apply from thomas cook tour i wanna to that how to convince counslate that we are not going to our relatives we are simply going on a tour and when i have to re apply again 3 months or 6 months? I and my husband gave interview on 19th march. We were rejected due to financial tie. we hose bank balance of 42000.00 dhs in my account & my husband account 32000.00 At that time we were sendin Indi. Now we stopped to send there and doing saving here. We both are woking in uae. We are not interested to stay more in USA. Now our 2nd interview on 9th. I want to clear that. we want to go only for 15days. And heartly say that we are not interested for any type of staying more. I am worry about next interview. Dear Friends, I am 33 years old and working in a technical software industry. I am Workiing in India. I am holding 10 yr B1/B2 Visa valid till 2014. Can someone please share with me " how soon can one visit again on B2 visitor visa"???? and Secondly I am assuming that they will give 3 months initially...then can we extend it?
