as a fresher my first and most priority is to get the job and learn more.there are many people who are at the top of there profession and i also want to be one. as i m from cs background i will prefer any job related to software so testing is not a bad option.

actually i have a phobia from java, .net or some other
coding languages, thats y i prefer the software languages.
in software testing, if u have basic knowledges in c,vb
script,or sql server...then u can survive in this field.
thats y i have choosing this field and wants to become a
software tester..

Hi, Can any body tell me that do anybody need any sort of software background to learn testing
what are the key components in your company testplan documents?
Can anybody give me some tips on how to face telephonic interview and Write some expected telephonic questions as a 2+yr exp. in testing. Try to give Ques. that u already hv faced in telephone. Plz Help me out friends.
It will be a great help if any one will help on this issue, Three test cases got faied [TC#1, 2 and 3] and all are there in the same TestScript. For all the three failed testcases a bug is logged refrencing to the three failed testcase. In Next round of validation out of three two TC#2 and 3 got PASSED and TC#1 FAILED. I am confusssed if in this scenario if i mark the PASSED test case as PASS OR FAIl, as the the Defect will have BOTH PASS and FAIl at the same time. Please clarify How to handel this scenario.
