its right that LDC & UDC have same pay band (PB-I).

but there is difference between Grade Pay.. so on there
Initial Appointment:
LDC (With 1900 GP) pay fix on 5830+1900=7730
UDC (With 2400 GP) pay fix on 7510+2400=9910

there is difference of Rs. 2180
