If a car is drive towards left side, the LEFT SIDE will exert more pressure.
And hence the RIGHT SIDE will lead to rise due to imbalance in the pressure on left side.

Driver's left side tyre will exert more pressure downword
so right side tyre will rise while turing left side.
This is reason why left side tyre will rub more.
