hires employees for the support of the company.As there is
a mass productivity process as the customes are more,the
company directly can't deal with each & every customer so

bpo which means business process outsourcing.....

i have worked for one bpo .....

the mnc, tnc, big corporates, this all big entities.
this all companies if they want to say hello to their
customer they have to to think twice,,,

because this all are mnc...there are various branches ... ]

for eg tata aig insuarance company..

it operates in every corner of the india
in every states of india
there customer increase everday and also decreese every
day / if one has purchase his policy may other might have
cancel the policy ...so this if today in mumbai suppose
tata aig is having 5000000 customers tommorow it may be
less or more..

now in this world it is very important to be in touch with
customer because of globalization and lkiberalization and
modernization ... lots of growth .. purchasing power has
incerase .. and also expectation of consumer also has
increase .... and in the tough cut throath copmpetitve
enviornment .. it is must that the company should be in
touch with its customer ...whenever the customer wants to
communicate with the compnay
