first we configure the service.
#cd /var/svc/manifest/
#svccfg import <service>
#svcadm clear <FMRI>
#svcadm refresh <FMRI>
#svcadm disable <FMRI>
#svcadm enable <FMRI>
#svcs -a <FMRI>
