necessary to convence the coustomer for sale of products of
that company.

politeness is must b'coz if a coustmer have any problem
they must shout on C.C employes,n if c.c also get anger n
misbehave with coustmer,they can think thi compny is not
good n switch out from our product n thats not good for the
company as well as for BPOs or ny coustmer care.....
