will be lower as compared to Y phase?

It is not true.In overhead dist system ,the single phase
loads are most likely to be connected to the outer phase
wires with y phase being in the middle and not easily
reachable.Due to heavier loads in the R & B phases the IZ
drops will be more than that in Y phase
