GC columns are devided in 2 categories. Pack & Capillary.
For Pack columns, In India Chromatopak, Netel supplies pack
columns as per customer requirement.even analyst can prepare
pack columns as per their requirements.
Capillary columns are not manufactured in India. Agilent J&W
scientific, SGE, Rustek, Supelco etc are a few leading
manufacturers of capillary columns. Each have their own
series & brands of capillary columns. Good for us is each
brand has ulternate of other manufacturer.

water is more polar than acetonitrile.but in reverse phase chromatography peaks elute earlier when we increse Acetonitrile.what is the reason.
