1. Pressure grouting with Polymer cement slurry. than
2. Filled up surface with epoxy or polmer mortar and
levelled it.
3. or by laying of mastic of 20mm or more thick and compact
it

repair the surface with quartz sand/standard sand with epoxy than fix a pvc nipple & grout with epoxy
