yes this is hizardas waste becouse it contains dust and
fuel part both which will cause soil contemination
ie.injurious to environment

it is not hazardous by any means as air filter collects dust
particals mainly hence generated dust is harmful in no way.
whereas filter generated from diesel is hazardous to soil
conditions.
