hi kirti,
US visa is not getting big problem. They just
check your confidence and attitude. They know each and
everything but we have to convience that we will come back
to india after our studies. Choose a appropriate course
which is related to your past education ok..give interview
as a normal person and dont be panic and shy. speak what u
want but some logic answer that visa officer agreed with u.

I have got my visa rejected for fake documents. In a sense, the money was removed from the account by the consultancy people whom I approached for visa on the interview day. Is there any possibility of getting visa now ? How should I defend myself if visa officer says mine r fake documents again ?

hey..... i'm applying for spring. My visa got rejected because of insufficient funds and fake bank statement.... Vo checked my bank statement and calculated something and said "due to insufficient funds I'm refusing your visa".... She didn't return the bank statement to me... The amount was removed from account before the visa interview date... I'm really worried that will they contact bank people to know whether the amount is there or not... Will they take any action against me for presenting fake bank documents... In fact we have 2 crores worth property ,but the problem is that the property is under my grandfather's name... So I have taken the fake documents as the real documents were not ready for the visa date ... Could you please let me know what to do
