HI.. MY INTERVIE IS ON 3 AUGUST 2009 ILL TAKE ADMISION IN TTU UNIVERSITY IN GENERAL ENGEENIRING.. I've gone for the interview twice and I got rejected both the times. It was due to 214(b)-Potential immigrant. I'm applying for the VISA from abroad since my parents work abroad and I've done my schooling here. I got properties in India and my mom has got a job in India as well(on long leave). How do I convince the VO I will return back?

well i am a physiotherapist having 4 years of experience, and question is. i have 7 backlogs and 2 years of pause to complete my degree. and i dont even have tests score like toefl and gre.and i also have an i 20 form a univesity which dont requier toefl and gre. what are the chances of success on visa?

I am B.Tech graduate having 56% of aggregate and 33 backlogs. IELTS- 6.5 and GRE- 295. What are the chances of getting visa? Suggest me a few universities, who can accept and issue I20.

My visa got rejected because of insufficient funds and fake bank statement.... Vo checked my bank statement and calculated something and said "due to insufficient funds I'm refusing your visa".... She didn't return the bank statement to me... The amount was removed from account before the visa interview date... I'm really worried that will they contact bank people to know whether the amount is there or not... Will they take any action against me for presenting fake bank documents... In fact we have 2 crores worth property ,but the problem is that the property is under my grandfather's name... So I have taken the fake documents as the real documents were not ready for the visa date ... Could you please let me know what to do
