once i took a call. there was a angry customer on the line.
he was unhappy to services and he had a problem. i got
hasitate at that time because i was new in the industry.
But i listen him carefully and started making him
understand. I talked to him for 25 minutes.finally i solved
his problems and queries.customer was so happy at that
time.and after some time he sent a appreciation email to my
senior. manager appreciate me and my efforts and as well
as he gave me a gift also. that was a memorable moment for
me.

My most memorable moment i got a job in SITEL company, that
is my first job, i gave my first round in the job fair i
got selected on that round then they called me and come to
company for further rounds at that time i felt very happy,
i went to company for further rounds i got tensed. on that
day i am the first person to gave HR interview... i have
succesfully done HR interview , in HR round also i got
selected and then i have given final round in telephone ...
in that round also i got selected... finally i got offer
letter , when i took offer letter i totally forget
myself... i thought that is this me got a job in corporate
company...on that day i didn't sleep whole night , i made
calls to my home and friends to informed i got a job in
corporate company , this is my most memorable moment

my most memorable moment is when i was selected for the
course of BCA.i had gone through an objective examination
in which thousands of cadidates had participated and i was
among 5 toppers,and i think that is most memorable moment

one of my most memorable moment day's of my lyf was when i
was in 10 th class.our basketball zonal tournament were
announced few days back ,me n my frnd decided to paricipate
in tht tournament weselected members for our team.we were
only 8 people out of 10 . no one was willing to paricipate
thn we decided to play with 8 members only 5 playing n 3 for
extras. we started practicing day in day out ,no one ever
wondered tht we would win any match ,but we played to our
best level n reached to semis of tournament ,in semis we had
last year winner team to play with ,the match was one of my
lyf best moments ,we had matched them in each quarter of
match ,score were level at end of last quarter. 3 extras
round were played after but still we matched to level the
score the whole satdium was on fire, every one was shouting
n cheering us but in 4th extra minute quarter we ended up
losing with one basket.the fact that we had lost the match
but the crowd support we got n we aere apperciated by whole
sports fraternity over there.we all had tears in our eyes
.our team captain n me thnks everybody .

my most memorable momemt is when i was studying in b.com
final year, that day we have 2nd term exam subject business
law its tough paper. we went to college sat in examination
room started tension to all of our friends, we decided to
bunk the college, we took our bags and get started to get
down and we reached to main gate of college some of my
friends cross the gate ans the they went off. me and my
friend left in college only because watch man close the
gate. so felt sad again went to class room and wrote the exam..
later results came so i got the highest marks in that
subject business law i felt very happy..

my memorable moment give us lesson and enjoyment also..
last 9 months back i join new company, after 2 months 1 girl also join same company she place beside me, we introduce on 2 day and become friends, she talking me very friendly and sharing different talks about friends, family etc. 
after we become close friends, many colloquies are trying to make her friend, but she closer than me, so she told me plz drop me bustand and other place alternate days, days r going and she giving lots of chance to propose her indirectly, so proposed her and i love u very much, now she replying after some time ok but u promise me u relally love so much na! ya realy i love u, 
she: u have gf.
I: no so thats y i propose u its incridible with in 20 day we understand each other.
she: you never leave me in life 
I: y should i leave you darling i proposed u. then how
she : huged me and thank u. and marry with me .
I :ok but in life u dont tell lie me always true and i also.
she: ok kkkk.y should i lie ur my life now onwards.......etc
so after some 2-3 months she not replying properly not receiving calls , when received call she saying in my office sir is there i call u later and when she is home plz my mummy is ther plz cal later ok! when i call after office off she saying plz call me later iam walking to bustand she ignoring me,,,, I shoking y she is doing bf4 i gave her gifts, lots of dresses , mobile etc....

she: are u mad dont tell again w i do this the n y u ignoring......

relally really i love her veyr much sincerly but she not valuing me i gave her many ri8s to ask any problem u have i solve it........etc
days are going ..............in short because words are lenghty...........
one time after 7 day i  went his office(i pick up her daily daily pickup and drop to her near by house), without inform realy shocked , i calling her she not receiving my call i following after some distance one boy on bike she sit back two side leg.... i shock again i am caling even she not lifting my call .... i am fallowing them. they went lovers park and enjoying... after complete this affair they leaving that place going again i calling even not receiving again they went some other place parking bike... she sae me then i call again now she received i told wt r u doing 
she: no actually i came here with my mama and after some time my uncle dad friend. haha....ahahhaha...

after completing B.Sc i went 2 call centre interview, gave
the interview and not selected. In feedback interviewer
told me sorry u r not selected because u have MTI problem.
i said thank u sir in attitude. He asked why? i replied
that i ll do MBA came here for enjoy. He said but you wil
also face problem after MBA that time i do not take it
seriousely and now i am MBA in Marketing and finance but
