once i took a call. there was a angry customer on the line.
he was unhappy to services and he had a problem. i got
hasitate at that time because i was new in the industry.
But i listen him carefully and started making him
understand. I talked to him for 25 minutes.finally i solved
his problems and queries.customer was so happy at that
time.and after some time he sent a appreciation email to my
senior. manager appreciate me and my efforts and as well
as he gave me a gift also. that was a memorable moment for
me.
