BCCH is used to make all the necessary synchronizations that
should be done when you are going to make a call or receive
a call. Broadcast control channel, as it is called, is one
of the major logical channels that are used in the telecom.
While SDCCH is comething more. It is the channel used with
the AGCH to grant a channel to MS thorugh which it can make
or recieve calls. After the SDCCH, an idle TCH is allocated
to the MS
