init 3:multiuser mode witm NFS file system support

0, s or S, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6

0 or ok prompt
1 or s single user mode or admin
2 multiuser mode with out nfs
3 multiuser mode with nfs(default run level)
4 reserved for future purpose
5 shutdown
6 reboot
