Goal of QA is to prevent the bug.
QA is process oriented.
QC is Product oriented.
Static Testing((in which code is not execute) like
Inspection,Walk through,Review are done by QA.
Dynamic Testing(in which code is execute) is done by QC.

Quality control is nothing but the operational technique to
