QC: Measuring & monitoring the quality of the software in
every SDLC phase by conducting review meetings.
Goal of QC is to prevent the bugs.

How to test an application if it was already developed and it is in the state of changing the functionality according to the customer requirement How to start testing in this situation. I got an application to test.It is a desktop application.It is still developing and started 8 months back.how can i start to test this application? You must test a trouble report where the problem cannot be reproduced. You tried using various test data files and mutations from the data files the customer sent along with the trouble report. The software does not fail the way it did at the customer's site.
