He should Know the all QA standards, SQL queries, some
basic knowledge of programming lamguages. there are all
skills should be there in testers. so that it will help in
to do data base testing, and unit testing

In my Application, There are 40 MIS Reports.There is Start & End Date box and Search button to search reports.Again for Every report Print and Download in PDF, CSV and Text option is there. What will be the test cases? The test description for all the reports will be same then should I have to write it for each Report test repeatadly?
