Busbar size for a rated current can be calculated from
CURRENT DENSITY. Current density for copper is 160
amps/sqcm.(1000 Amp/sqinch.)and for Aluminium the same is
130 Amp/sqcm.(800Amp/sqinch.).Say for 200 amps reated
current Aluminium busbar of cross section 30mm X 5mm or
Copper busbar having cross section 25mm X 5mm should be
used according to nearest availability at market.

what is the difference between earthed system and unearthed system.. where do we use unearthed system because in electrical catalogues always cable for earthed and unearthed system is given..pls elaborate
