motor will burn aftersupplying 2 phase but if we apply a
capacitor of appropriate value it will run

as there was no rotating flux, so there was no question of
any rotation.the motor will burn.the two coils connected in
series ( against which you have connected the two phase
supply ) will carry huge current ( limited by the impidance
of the coils )and ultimately cause it to burn.( this is
most commonly named as single phasing in 3 phase system.

the windings will nt burn. De motor will be
homming but wont run since de strnt of de mag
field generated will nt be enough
