KV is kilo-volt, whereas KVA stands for kilo-volt-ampere.
Kilo volt means the potential difference measured between
two points. Kilo volt ampere is the actual power consumed
by the electrical load.this is apparent power and vectorial
sum of kw and kvar

KV = Kilo volt
