Kilo volt means the potential difference measured between
two points. Kilo volt ampere is the actual power consumed
by the electrical load.this is apparent power and vectorial

KV = Kilo volt
KVA = Kilo volt ampere
if KVA is not consumed the power factor.transformer
only mention the the KVA.
