You can make two different universes pointing to two
different data sources.Then in report create two different
queries and take these two different universes as there
source.Then using merge dimension dimension synchornise it
to get correct data in report.

In info view we are creating two queries from different universes and generate a report trough merge dimension,
In universe level we can take "include like" file>parameter>link tab>include link,
In cristal and Xcelsius reports we can take different data sources trough connections.
