UART - Universal Asyncronous Receiver Transmitter
USART - Universal Syncronous Asyncronous Receiver Transmitter
In uart data is send byte by byte. one start bit and 1 or 2
stop bits are attached with a byte. The max speed for the
data can be upto 100kps.
In USART data is send in the form of blocks.

data we send more extra bits instead of data ,the extra bits
are 1 start bit and 2 more stop bits.

we can efficiently send data there is no need of extra bits
