AS PER SERIES CONNECTION, CURRENT IS SAME FOR LOAD, BUT
VOLTAGE IS DIFFER WITH EACH LOAD, DUE TO TAHT VOLTAGE
DROOP, BULBS WILL GLOW LIKE DIM.

When 2 bulbs are connected in series it is like 2 resistors are
connected in series. The current flow according to ohms law would
be voltage /resistance . The current through each bulb causes a
voltage drop as per ohms law also, v=IXR.So the bulb that was
actually designed for the full voltage is now working at a lower
voltage because of the voltage drop across the bulbs. This is why
the bulbs glow, but if you were to connect two bulbs of a lower
voltage in series it would be brighter.
