suppose we have a motorcycle we have purchase it Rs. 40000
after one year their spair part,tyre,engine,model both
things are old and out of fashion so we can not Re-sale in
Rs. 40000 so reduce of assets value is called deprecation

Depreciation is an amount which is lost during the use of
any tangible fixed assets. It is created in the accounting
system because of creating future fund for repurchasing the
asset.
