1. Check dmesg whether any crash dump created.
2. Check console logs
3. Check /var/adm/messages or any hardware or software
error.
4. Check the crash dump file and dignose with mdb
5. Send the crash file to Sun support for further analysis.
6. Send explorer to sun support for analysis if no
information found.

1.If system got crash
Need to check console logs
try to boot from Ok prompt
if it is not booting then it will show the logs or error
messages in console according to that we need trouble shoot

Please read the question properly
1. login to the console- check the console logs.
2. Check the system hardware from console.
3. Check the Server Physically if it accessible
3. Run a max post. check the POST logs
4. Boot the server
5. If booted, check the /var/adm/messages
6. Do a complete health Check of the Server.
Check the Disk , Network , CPU, Memory status.
If not booted and while booting shows any warning or error
mesages, Check them and troubleshoot it accordingly.
some times after booting ,the server will reach to single
usermode due to missing OS files
Need to boot the server from the disk and copy the files.
sometimes services will be down.. check the services and
bring them up.

situation and experiace will help you over come the issue
