There are two medium used for machine cooling.
1.Air cooling
2.water cooling

Cooling type must be very carefully considered in the
manufacturaing. There are many types of cooling:
First Cooling the soilds material:

1. Quinching, ( can be called water cooling ) this type
results in rapid cooling. When cooling the molten metals by
quinching, internal resedual sresses occur and cracks may
also occur because the outer surface solidifies before the
inner one.

2. Gradual Cooling. when you take a molten material from
the oven, for example, you put directly in another oven
with lower heating and temperature and so on until reach
the surrounding temperature.

3. Air cooling, or room cooling. you just put in the room
and keep it release the heat by it self.



For fluids:
1. Heat Exchangers
2. Cooling Tower.
3. HVAC & refregiration
4. Long Chimnies in the fossil-fuel power plants.
5. Throttling
