2-Stroke
because in 2-stroke - one power stroke obtained for one revelution of the crankshaft.
in 4-stroke - one power stroke obtained for two revelutions of the crankshaft.

fuel is burnt more efficiently in 4 stroke, as there is no overlap of strokes.
In 2 stroke, there is overlap of power stroke & exhaust stroke, wherein complete benefit of power stroke is not obtained. There is a little bit of power wastage.
Therefore 4 stroke engine is more efficient.
